Bruce Rastetter

Bruce Rastetter, a co-founder and managing director of AgriSol Energy, brings significant industry experience as an entrepreneur and large-scale operator in agriculture and related businesses. Mr. Rastetter also is the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Farms, LLC which started as his family farm and has grown to become a diverse farming operation. Mr. Rastetter also serves as the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hawkeye Energy Holdings, LLC, which grew to be the third-largest pure play ethanol producer in the United States, producing 450 million gallons of ethanol annually, prior to the sale of its four plants to Koch Industries. Prior to that, Mr. Rastetter had founded feed management, construction, and swine production businesses which in 1994 he merged to become Heartland Pork Enterprises. Mr. Rastetter served as Heartland’s Chief Executive Officer until 2004. He had grown the company into the 13th largest pork producer in the United States before successfully guiding the company through an acquisition by Christensen Farms.

Mr. Rastetter in an active philanthropist, giving to Iowa State University to endow a chair in Agricultural Entrepreneurship, and supporting a variety of efforts that encourage thoughtful public policy. He currently sits on the boards of directors of Hawkeye Energy Holdings, LLC, Advanced Bioenergy, American Ag & Energy Council, and Growth Energy. And in July of 2011, he was elected President Pro Tem of the Board of Regents, State of Iowa. He earned a BA in political science from the University of Iowa.

Russell Stidolph

Russell Stidolph, a co-founder and managing director of AgriSol Energy, brings significant agriculture and energy investing experience. Mr. Stidolph also is the founder and a Managing Director of AltEnergy LLC. Prior to founding AltEnergy, Mr. Stidolph was a principal at J.H. Whitney & Co., LLC, a middle‐market private equity firm based in New Canaan, Connecticut. While at J.H. Whitney, he was responsible for starting and developing the firm's alternative energy investing practice. Prior to joining J.H. Whitney, Mr. Stidolph was a member of the corporate finance group at PaineWebber, Inc., responsible for high yield and leverage finance origination.

Currently Mr. Stidolph sits on the boards of directors of Viridity Energy, Inc., Tres Amigas, LLC and GRP Funding, LLC. Mr. Stidolph received a BA from Dartmouth College.

Arul Gupta

Arul Gupta, a principal of AgriSol, focuses on project development, capital raising and business development. Mr. Gupta also is a senior investment professional at AltEnergy LLC. Prior to AltEnergy, Mr. Gupta was a Senior Associate with Imperial Capital where he advised middle-market clients on restructuring, special situations, liability management, capital raising and mergers & acquisitions across a wide range of industries. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Gupta was part of Evercore Partners’ restructuring and capital markets practice where he worked on some of the largest distressed situations across sectors in the midst of the credit crisis. Previously, Mr. Gupta was at Citigroup’s corporate and investment bank where he worked on over $5 billion worth of strategic, financing and cross-border transactions for Fortune 500 food and agricultural companies. He started his career as part of Citigroup’s leadership development program.

Mr. Gupta received a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Eric Moxham

Eric Moxham, a principal of AgriSol Energy, focuses on project development and management, capital raising, financial governance and business development. Mr. Moxham also is a Managing Director with AltEnergy, LLC where he is focused on investing in clean energy and agriculture-related businesses. Prior to AltEnergy, Mr. Moxham was a Managing Director in the New York office of Imperial Capital where he was responsible for founding the firm's overall energy practice and was the head of the Clean Energy Group. Prior to Imperial Capital, Mr. Moxham worked as a senior banker in the New York offices of Chanin Capital Partners, Jefferies and Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co. focused on financing, merger and acquisition and restructuring transactions. Previously, Mr. Moxham worked as a principal investor and turnaround consultant for George Capital/George Group in Dallas and in the New York Financial Advisory Services/Corporate Finance Group of Ernst & Young.

Mr. Moxham received his MBA from Southern Methodist University and his BBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Eric Peterson

Eric Peterson, a principal of AgriSol Energy, focuses on project development and management and operations. Mr. Peterson also is the General Manager of Summit Farms, LLC, and is responsible for the operation and management of Summit Farms. Mr. Peterson also is a co-founder and manager of American Heartland Development, LLC, a wind development company started in 2009. Mr. Peterson received a BBA in agricultural business from Iowa State University.

Mr. Peterson currently serves on the advisory board of the Iowa State University College of Agriculture as well as the Iowa Finance Authority Board.
